Hey, I’m Ben - Coach, Dad, Husband, cold-dip enthusiast, and hungry adventurer.
For most of my life, I lived in a constant state of stress. Always switched on. Always chasing something. I wore burnout like a badge of honour, thinking that the harder I pushed, the more I’d achieve. But the truth is, I was exhausted - mentally, physically, emotionally. I’d lost myself trying to keep up with a version of life that never worked.
Then came the shift. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but a slow return to the basics: movement, stillness, presence, nature, connection. One step at a time, I rebuilt my life - not by adding more, but by simplifying. Stripping it all back to what really matters. I didn’t want to just survive. I wanted to exist at my best - and now, I help others do the same.
My mission is simple: to help humans live like humans again, find calm in the chaos, and live from their core, authentic self - not everyone else’s expectations.
I don’t preach perfection. I don’t do quick fixes. What I do is guide, support, and challenge people to reconnect with themselves and build habits that actually last.
